Spooky Nook Sports the largest indoors sports complex in North America. New construction (765,528 square foot) project located at 2913 Spooky Nook Road, Manheim, PA 17545, East Hempfield Township, Lancaster County. Responsible charge for the engineering, design, specification and drawing development detailing electrical service (site requires four 3,000 ampere electrical feeders from the local utility), lighting panels, power distribution (switchgear, transformers, power panels, and back-up/stand-by electrical generation), lighting layouts, and associated branch circuitry for indoor/outdoor sports fields/courts (tennis, basketball, turf field, baseball), endurance training, complete orthopedic medical practice office, conference center, convention center, U.S.A. Field Hockey training facility, hotel, concession/food preparation, retail sales, and office facilities.
